He won the Prix Goncourt for Un allersimple in 1994 and has published 35 novels, essays, short stories and plays. Didier van Cauwelaert is also a screenwriter and director. The interview will be dedicated to L'impasse des rêves, his latest book, but it will certainly include some of his most recent books, including Une vraie mère... ou presque, L'inconnue du 17 mars and Un aller simple, the book for which he received the Prix Goncourt in 1994.
