Black Arts & Culture Day

An inspiring afternoon during Black Achievement Month at De Hallen Amsterdam!

On Saturday, October 31, 2026, De Hallen Amsterdam will host Black Arts & Culture Day, organized by the KunstenDialoog Foundation as part of Black Achievement Month. This afternoon celebrates and recognizes the creativity and contributions of the Black community. Music, dance, connection, and young talent take center stage during this free event, which is open to everyone.

Visitors can look forward to:

• G-roots gospel choir

• Afia Anim

• Evita Art & Music

• Wantee Teelapa and dancers

• Dancers from the Academy of Theatre and Dance and the Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts

In addition to the performances, there will be an arts and entrepreneur market throughout the afternoon, where participants will showcase their work.
