The Space Between
Choreography and performance: Graziana Veneziano and Giusy Fanaro
Rooted in our own life experience, this piece is about how capitalist and patriarchal systems extract emotional, physical, and creative work from us, while offering little protection, care, or sustainability. We ask, “What happens when we stop showing gratitude and start showing truth?”
We explore these questions in a duet where presence is more important than “impression” or “product”. In a world that demands constant productivity and performance, we give space to vulnerability, softness and presence, which itself becomes a form of protest.

Just like an adventurous traveller explores the world, we all travel through life. We create our own map based on our discoveries so that it provides guidance for ourselves and is understandable to others. When we meet people, they show their map and we see similarities and resonance, but we also discover differences. It is confronting to see a map that is different, because it questions your own map.
Boxed Identities
Choreography: Björn Bakker
Performance: Gaetano Tricomi and Matthea Lára Pedersen
Boxed Identities is a contemporary dance performance featuring two performers exploring and navigating their opposite identities. The play is about whether someone can really exist without social labels or restrictions. Two buckets in the room symbolize the restrictive “boxes” imposed by society. The performance invites the audience to reflect on the tension between individuality and conformity.
