WORLDWIDE STREETS returns to Amsterdam this June with a new exhibition dedicated to contemporary street and documentary photography, bringing together a diverse mix of international and local voices
Taking place from June 16 to 21, 2026, in a centrally located gallery at De Hallen Amsterdam, the week-long program will feature exhibitions and community events celebrating the evolving language of street photography. The exhibition is curated by Peter Kalnbach and Sebastien Jean, both founders of WORLDWIDE STREETS.
This year’s headliners include Joshua K Jackson, Dawn Eagleton, Mark Fearnley, Nick Miller, Matt Hall, and Mania de Praeter, joined by a strong lineup of local talents including Niels Koopmans, Iris Loder, Roger Janssen, Karlynne Wintels, Vica Rosario, and Priscilla Natasha, alongside additional international and Amsterdam-based photographers.
As part of the program, WORLDWIDE STREETS will launch an open call aimed at emerging talents worldwide. All proceeds from the open call will be donated to Through the Eyes of Children, reinforcing the project’s commitment to using photography as a tool for impact beyond the cultural sphere.
With a growing presence across cities such as Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, and Tokyo, WORLDWIDE STREETS continues to build a platform that prioritizes community, accessibility, and real-world encounters, creating space for street photography beyond the constraints of social media
